Re: Determination of Patent Infringement
This Notice is to inform you that pursuant to a stipulated judgment entered by the
U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, Unk’s Guns and No B.S.
Accessories Co. will no longer manufacture, sell, or offer for sale its three position
FOPAR trigger products as these products incorporate technology that
was invented by Franklin Armory and is protected by U.S. Patent No. 10,393,461
(“’461 Patent”). Any of my previous instructions concerning how to make pull release
triggers should be disregarded, and in fact, if followed could result in the
creation of an illegal or dangerous firearm.
For those of you who have previously purchased one of Unk’s Guns and No B.S.
Accessories Co.’s three-position FOPAR “pull-release” trigger products, I want to
clarify that any representations concerning the compliance of such products with
state and federal firearms regulations only reflect my opinion. Unk’s Guns and No
B.S. Accessories Co.’s products have not been reviewed by an independent
consultant or the BATFE for the purpose of determining compliance with federal
firearms laws and regulations. Because I am not an attorney, I also cannot advise
you concerning whether Unk’s Guns and No B.S. Accessories Co.’s products
comply with your local state and federal firearms regulations.
